Prime Crest Homes is a leading social housing and private developer based in the south east of England. PCH is a full service company offering planning, architectural, construction and project management skills. As well as delivering high quality private speculative development, PCH works with a number of Registered Social Landlords, private Landowners and other clients and is always interested in hearing from more.
DESIGN

​At PCH we design each project we undertake in-house. We utilise Robert's vast experience and talent to ensure that we will be delivering the best product possible.

DEVELOP
​
PCH acquires land in pre-planning condition and works either with the Landowner in a Joint Venture, or agrees options subject to planning in order to subsequently utilise Robert, Charles and James' skills and joint experience to gain planning consent for residential development.
CONSTRUCT
​
​PCH manage every step of the build process, acting as the designer, project manager and main contractor.
