Prime Crest Homes is a leading social housing and private developer based in the south east of England. PCH is a full service company offering planning, architectural, construction and project management skills. As well as delivering high quality private speculative development, PCH works with a number of Registered Social Landlords, private Landowners and other clients and is always interested in hearing from more.
DESIGN
At PCH we design each project we undertake in-house. We utilise Robert's vast experience and talent to ensure that we will be delivering the best product possible.
DEVELOP
PCH acquires land in pre-planning condition and works either with the Landowner in a Joint Venture, or agrees options subject to planning in order to subsequently utilise Robert, Charles and James' skills and joint experience to gain planning consent for residential development.
CONSTRUCT
PCH manage every step of the build process, acting as the designer, project manager and main contractor.
